Members of Ingrebourne Links can now benefit from a connected, personalised and engaging workout following the recent ground breaking development of the Essex-based Golf and Country Club.

After seven years of planning and construction, extensive earthwork movements and considerable investment, the club is now open. Along with  state-of-the-art health club facilities, the club also features a modern and vibrant clubhouse along with a spectacular inland links golf course – wholly constructed with soil excavated from major London projects.

This is complemented by top-of-the-range Matrix Fitness equipment including; Connexus – the highly versatile functional training system; Boditrax – Precision body composition and biometric testing machine; A variety of strength equipment from Matrix’ stylish Ultra, Aura and Magnum Series’ and not to forget cardio products from the brands innovative and connected 7xi series. The site is also the first in the UK to be installed with ‘Workout Tracking Network’ and ‘Personal Trainer Portal’ – Matrix’s most connected solutions and enhancing the 7xi experience.

Workout Tracking Network simply allows the club, under it’s own unique branded app, to help members achieve higher member engagement, Increased club revenue and a seamless, connected club experience. Allowing Ingrebourne Links to communicate and engage, building loyalty with members. The app, that’s free for members to download, also includes a social sharing feature, which resonates with millions of users regularly sharing status updates. Using exclusive technology and an intuitive dashboard interface, the easily customisable, Personal Trainer Portal allows trainers to create signature exercise programmes, assign workouts and check progress to help members stay on track and reach their goals, leading to better results and higher retention.
