Thursday 19th March 2020

During these uncertain times, when Coronavirus is a global concern, we wanted to connect with you all to reassure you that we are adapting quickly.

Across the entire country, members of the public are having to make difficult decisions to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. At this stage, the Government has not yet recommended that people stop going to gyms or leisure centres.

We are closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation, and continuously taking guidance from the Government and the World Health Organisation, to ensure we are doing what we can to support businesses but also to keep communities safe.

The health and safety of our team, clients and their families remain a top priority and we are taking extra measures to protect this.

As such, during this difficult time, the Matrix Fitness team remains available to continue with repairs and servicing as well as having our Account Managers available for any support or advice you may require.

Our engineers are still working and have been instructed to follow the WHO procedures in advanced hygiene and we have issued the team with alcohol wipes and gloves to ensure that their person, vans and equipment are clean, from site to site.

From Friday 20th March, the Stoke-on-Trent office will be working from home, and will be available to assist you via direct phone or email as normal.

Until otherwise directed by the Government, the fitness and leisure sector remain open where possible and, to support the sector, our team is adjusting rapidly to the changing circumstances to assist all of our clients and their businesses moving forwards in these unprecedented times.

If you have any concerns or simply wish to get in touch for information, you can contact us on 01782 644900.  Alternatively, you can email service@jhtuk.co.uk for all service enquiries or marketing@matrixfitness.co.uk for all other topics.

Stay healthy, active and safe.
